Roger has a wide experience in the training and consultancy business. A founding director of the Phoenix Group, he was MD for several years prior to sale and worked with a range of blue chip UK business (including local and central Government, finance and banking, business services, manufacturing and the armed forces) in areas as diverse as management and business development, business strategy and competitiveness, key account management, intuitive thinking and team development.

Roger was also associated with the higher degree programmes at the Universities of Central Lancashire, Lancaster and Durham with the Knowledge Transfer Scheme in London area and helped establish two corporate universities. A business counsellor and coach, Roger has also worked with small business and was member of a leadership development group in the South East. He has a particular interest in strategy and competition.
