Richard has a wealth of experience in the defence and aerospace industries. He has worked for a range of blue-chip companies in the South East including: GEC-Marconi, Siemens-Plessey, BAE Systems and General Dynamics, from engineer to Business Director. Involved in these contracts were many of the best known names in the aerospace business, including Boeing and Airbus. He has managed small and large development projects in both civil and defence electronics and air traffic management businesses.

Richard launched the Farnborough Enterprise Hub as Director - assisting early stage companies to access the difficult aero/defence and security markets. Based in Kent, he is also Director of BlueGreenPix Ltd an early stage business specialising in Geospatial Digital Media services.
