Paul has coached the founders of a number of start-up and early stage businesses. After working with multi-national companies he joined the founders of RM plc, a PC start-up company. Initially as Operations Director and then as founder and MD of its IT services business, he helped the founders grow RM and float it on the London Stock Exchange. Following this Paul worked with central Government on one of its flagship education initiatives.

Paul moved to Cornwall in 2003 and recently joined Oxford Innovation as a Coach on the Grow Cornwall programmes. He is also the Chairman of FreshMinds, a London based research company.
