Mike has specialist skills and director level experience with US and UK multi-nationals in the UK and Africa, latterly with Diageo plc. Mike specialises in providing solutions to sales and marketing issues with particular emphasis on strategy development, innovation and commercialisation of new products, services and route to market.

Mike also specialises in coaching and performance management techniques that are key to achieving results. Prior to joining Oxford Innovation, Mike was Managing Partner of his own solutions provider and recruitment business based in Cornwall.
