Martin is an executive coach and trainer with experience of working in and with all size companies from large multi-nationals to SME's. Martin had a 20 year career in product, brand and sales management in food manufacturing and FMCG companies such as Wella Hair Care and Spillers Foods.

Subsequently he has developed substantial experience of Leadership and Organisational Development including coaching leadership teams to identify their development needs a improve their leadership and management skills, team building and change management capabilities. He specialises in working one to one and with small groups of managers to develop their capabilities and those of their teams to deliver improved business performance. He is a qualified Belbin practitioner and a visiting tutor at the Leadership trust.
