Geoff has considerable experience in consultancy and training with reference to all aspects of organisational behavior. He has concentrated in recent years on Performance Management, Team Building, the Management of Change and Coaching/Mentoring senior managers and directors. In his role as a Leadership Development Advisor in Oxford Innovation Ltd he visited small and mediums sized enterprises (SME's) and diagnoses their leadership development needs and business strategy needs.

He is also a part time member of staff at Reading University and Oxford Brookes University.

In 2007 Geoff with a colleague Greg Whitearm, wrote 'Body Language' part of the 'Instant Manager' series published by Hodder Arnold (in association with the Chartered Institute of Management). In the same year they completed a trainer's toolkit on Managing Difficult People and Difficult Situtations for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Geoff has over 30 years of experience in management education, training and consultancy. For 21 years has specialised in organisational behaviour providing in-company management qualifications for many large organisations. In the past four years he has delivered management courses, leading to the Institute of Leadership Management level 3 and level 5 qualification to several housing associations and to Oxford City Council and Oxford County Council. This is a unique programme that incorporates learning material on the web and workshops.
