Paul Perkin

During the last decade Paul has coached the founders of a number of start-up and early stage businesses and acted as adviser, chiefly in the areas of business planning operations and HR, in many cases helping them raise finance, sometimes investing himself. 

Following management positions with several multi-national companies Paul joined the founders of RM plc. As Director of Operations he was responsible for finance, manufacturing, personnel, R&D and facilities and helped the founders grow sales in ten years to £63M. He then started and managed RM’s IT services business which he grew to £15M. 

As a consultant Paul worked for several years with central Government on one of its flagship education initiatives, then moved to Cornwall 7 years ago remaining as Chairman of FresMinds, a London based Research Company.
