Geoff Ribbens

Geoff has over 30 years experience in management education, training and consultancy. For 21 years he has specialised in organisational behaviour providing in-company management qualifications for many large organisations. He has concentrated in recent years on Performance Management, Team Building, the Management of Change and Coaching/Mentoring for senior managers and directors, diagnosing business leadership development and business strategy needs.

In 2007, with a colleague Greg Whitearm, Geoff authored 'Body Language' part of the 'Instant Manager' series published by Hodder Arnold in association with the Chartered Institute of Management. In the same year they completed a trainer's toolkit on Managing Difficult People and Difficult Situations for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Geoff has considerable experience working in consultancy and training with reference to all aspects of organisational behaviour, he is also a part time member of staff at Reading and Oxford Brookes Universities.
