Alan Bartlett

Alan spent his industrial and commercial career as an engineer and manager, working in research, design and development of electrical products.  From 1989 he headed up design and development operations for MK Electric cable Management Division, producing new products for the UK, Northern European and US markets. In 1996 he became a management consultant designing and delivering projects and programmes on change and performance optimisation, including leadership and management development.

Alan has lived in Cornwall since 1999 and from then until 2003 owned and managed the turnaround of a small hotel on the Rame Peninsula. His expertise lie in coaching directors, front line managers and operational teams to develop and improve their businesses. He has specialist knowledge in leadership, management, business development and process optimisation.
