About Grow Cornwall

Grow Cornwall is two programmes managed by Oxford Innovation. These are Starting a High Growth Business and Coaching for High Growth.

Starting a High Growth Business is for young companies (under 12 months old) or individuals with a good business idea who want to get started and could benefit from up to 20 days hands-on assistance.

Coaching for High Growth offers up to 30 days of intensive coaching and assistance to SMEs (over 3 years old) to support a realisation of growth potential.

 Our team have held senior positions in leading global multinationals and some have run their own businesses. They have over 600 years of business experience and extensive networks to share and can offer support at all stages of the commercialisation process from technology audit, intellectual property protection, business planning and funding through to resource identification, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
